What is the Holistic Life Model?
We all have four aspects of self and each of these areas effect the others and are all interconnected. Those four areas are mental, emotional, physical & spiritual. In order to be balanced and experience well-being we need to have wellness in all four areas. Let me define those four areas or ‘systems’ for you further…
The Mental System is your thought life, including your self-perception and thought patterns as well as our beliefs and conscious perceptions. This is also the way we view other things out in the world.
The Physical System is your physical health, as well as the tangible physical things you have in our life.
The Spiritual System is our true-self, our personal development, connection to community, world and our connection to a higher power, whatever that definition is or is not for you.
The Emotional System are your feelings and your emotions. It’s also your relationships with other people and also the relationship you have with yourself.
There is no “one size fits all” solution to all of your issues, we each have a unique journey, however there are powerful tools and techniques that I have developed that draw from over 20 different healing modalities and Natural Medicine. I use these to support you in resolving issues, unhealth, imbalances, removing blocks and creating the life you want. These tools and techniques have worked for thousands of people to improve and transform their lives in mind, body, heart & spirit. These can be customized to fit any person, in any situation, during any season of their life and you can create lasting change by using these.
Inside-Out vs Outside-In
The Inside-Out & Outside-In Model is a newer integrative model that calls for treatment both from the outside moving inward (physical body system moving towards and through to mental, emotional and spiritual) at the same time as providing treatment for the inside moving outward (mental body system moving towards and through to emotional, spiritual to physical).

Emotional Clearing Method
Emotional Clearing Method (ECM) is a patented technique developed by Rachel Eva. She developed this proprietary technique from research on the interconnection of emotions and beliefs and their effect on biology. ECM combines research in managing and reprogramming negative thoughts, NLP, hypnosis, and regression therapy. It works with your brain’s neuropathways to release patterns. It releases both conscious and unconscious blocks, reprogramming limiting beliefs and emotions that block you from moving forward.
