Join Dr. Rachel Eva Dew & Dr. Lula Madrigal in beautiful Costa Rica for a life changing retreat experience and somatic training.
What is included:
- Airport Transport – pick up & drop off from San Jose Airport
- Blue Zones meals prepared by a private chef
- Accommodations in a beautiful casita with a private bedroom (some bathrooms are shared)
- Daily somatic practice
- Rainforest waterfall guided hike

What is NOT included:
- Flights to and from San Jose Airport in Costa Rica
- Add-ons such as surf lessons, acupuncture, massage and energy work (will be available for additional fees)
- Additional guests (spouse or partner)
- The Master Integrative Somatic Practitioner Certification Course (MISP) – (visit https://iwacoaching.com/shop/ to enroll in that course. *If you only want to attend the retreat you do not need to register for this
Who is this retreat for?
- We welcome both students of Integrative Wellness Academy and their friends, partners or spouses. Those who are not also participating in the somatic certification portion of the daily schedule will participate in the activities listed in the ‘what’s included’ section above as well as have the option to additionally get hands-on somatic treatments from students at the training.
- Master Integrative Somatic Practitioner students of Integrative Wellness Academy will follow the daily schedule that is listed HERE

Please note: This enrollment is for the retreat only. To attend the Master Integrative Somatic Practitioner (MISP) live training portion in Costa Rica you will need to also pay for the MISP training here. If you have not yet taken the Integrative Somatic Training (ISP), you can register and pay for the Master Integrative Somatic Practitioner Dual training which includes both ISP and MISP certifications here.
