The Longevity Smoothie
A “daily longevity elixir” — supporting repair, digestion, hydration, and metabolic stability simultaneously. This is meant to be a snack or light meal replacement. It will not meet protein needs of a traditional meal. Protein needs to support longevity and muscle density tends to be at least double the protein in this recipe per meal depending on a person’s gender, age and size.
It delivers:
- Fuel → clean fats for sustained energy
- Repair → amino acids for tissue + gut
- Activation → bitters + acids for digestion
- Hydration → electrolytes for cellular function
- Protection → antioxidants for longevity
